After consulting with Glenn, we will be updating the license to GPL V3.

Also Log4E will become a separate project at Origo (formerly, it was a separate CVS module, but subversion doesn't support these, so when I converted the Goanna project from CVS to Subversion at Sourceforge, the separate identity was less apparent).

Today Goanna was created and now the work can begin.
